Data Deletion Instructions
How account users, contractors, leads, and customers can request deletion of information held by RepeatWork.
Effective: August 20, 2026
1. Submit a request
Email[email protected]with the subject "Data deletion request." When possible, send the request from the email associated with the account or record.
Include:
- your name and account email;
- the contractor or business name connected to the data;
- whether you are an account user, lead, customer, or authorized representative;
- the account, integration, customer record, or data you want deleted; and
- whether you also want a connected third-party platform disconnected.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Lead and customer records
A contractor normally controls the lead and customer records in its RepeatWork workspace. You may contact that contractor directly. If you contact RepeatWork, identify the contractor and we will verify or route the request and assist the contractor as its service provider. We will not disclose whether a record exists until identity and authority are appropriately verified.
3. Verification
We may verify control of the account, email, phone number, connected platform, or business before acting. An authorized representative may need to provide evidence of authority. Verification information is used only to process and document the request.
4. What deletion may cover
- RepeatWork account profile and authentication access;
- lead and customer contact details, notes, and follow-up records;
- conversation text, uploaded files, and import source records;
- AI processing input, output, classifications, and review evidence;
- integration tokens and provider-specific records; and
- manual follow-up history, subject to limited opt-out or suppression-record retention.
5. Thumbtack disconnection
If the Thumbtack integration is enabled, a contractor may revoke RepeatWork through Thumbtack's connected-app controls or request disconnection from RepeatWork. We will stop using revoked access and delete provider tokens and API Data as required by Thumbtack's API Terms.
Thumbtack API Data subject to its destruction requirement will be deleted promptly and no later than five business days after RepeatWork stops using the API or receives a qualifying Thumbtack request. See our Thumbtack Integration Notice.
6. Timing and confirmation
We will acknowledge a request after receipt and target completion within 30 days after successful verification, unless a shorter provider requirement applies or law permits more time. We will confirm completion or explain any information that could not be deleted and why. Rolling backups may require additional time to age out, but deleted information will not be restored to active use.
7. Limited retention exceptions
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with tax, accounting, court, regulatory, or other legal obligations;
- complete a transaction or resolve a dispute;
- detect fraud, investigate abuse, and protect account or system security;
- enforce agreements or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- preserve opt-out evidence needed to prevent re-contact.
Retained information remains limited to the applicable purpose and is not restored to the active customer workflow or used for unrelated marketing.
